Alrighty, time to take on the Demon Queen.

To be Raid-ready, you must have completed the following quests:

Chamber of Raiyum
Chains of Flame
Offering of Blood

then turn in the 3 items you recieve from those to Zawabi and do:

Against the Demon Queen

Once you have done that, talk to Zawabi again, and you will be flagged Raid-ready.

Post who you can go with, and what quests you need done.
